My mom just found out that the phone bill is $500, and it's usually $100, and we think it's because my sister is calling her ex-boyfriend in prison.

She cant call him, he has to call her and it is a collect phone call.

I don't know about America but in the UK you can not phone a prison.
The prisoners have to phone you,

i guess i would call the phone company and get an itemized statement witch would show the charges. i guess i would not let my sister use the phone,
