my brother made up a lie about someone coming up to him with a knife. he said that he tried to run and the guy was catching up to him so he picked up a stick and beat the guys face in with a stick. it went so far that we told him we had to report it and he even told a police officer about it. he just admitted to it being a lie. how much trouble can he get in?
