Assault? Yeah...not a good idea. A friend of mine used to get into a lot of fights. Not only did he have issues w/the police but he also ended up having to pay for this guy to have his teeth reconstructed. Yuck.

If she needs it...don't bother with her. She's just some girl, scum. She'll get what's coming to her, but don't you be the one who does it. Besides, that could just fuel her to retaliate.

Keep your cool. I know, it's hard...but in the end you wont have a criminal record, haha.

PS - When I was in HS they called the cops on kids fighting on school grounds. They had to deal w/school suspension and police. So, it's even worse than fighting in public...in my opinion. Just don't do it...it's silly.

You'd be surprised how much of this stuff goes unreported.

Once I beat a kid up at school and his nose bleed and over the next weekend the blood got stuck in his throat and they took him to hospital. Nothing much happened to me. And I've seen stabbings at school but it's was usually a suspension for a week or two, no jail time.

But I've learnt from experience it doesn't solve problems, just gets the other person more angry. And the goody no violence types all frown their faces at you.

You could go to jail for all of those, but I don't know for how long. It's not worth it; it will make it hard to get into college if you are doing that in the future, or to get a job.

Those are all battery charges. You could get into quite a lot of trouble with the law, and then, your victim could sue you for damages... and you'd have to pay her, in addition to paying for doing the crime of battery. Time to take the high road.

It all depends. It could be simple battery, assualt and battery or assault. The two latter are usually felonies. If it is "heat of passion", then it's usually battery. If you planned it ahead of time, then it's a felony.
And, since you told us about it, that's ahead of time...so...felony.

if your in middle school or high school, suspension. expulsion is just not right. if they try to expell you, have your parent to the district. but i say, to punch her in the face, shove her on the floor, and then punch her && kick. :) im in middle school, but i've been in suspension for kicking this girls ***. it was an "accident". :)

if you do any of those things you could get in serious trouble. you could get sued or arrested for doing any of these things depending on how the other girl reacts. You will definately go to jail for beating someone up. You will get suspended or expelled from school.

slapping someone isn't as bad, but will most likely evoke her and she'll end up slapping and then theres a slap fest.

There are going to be people you meet that you dont get along with or you want to beat up. but putting up with it is the way to go. you wont get in trouble that way!

Haha, Well it depends. I may not know a lot about it, But unless it's for self defense then you may not come out looking good. Yet, Even if it is self defense you still may get it worse than she did.

On all three, Amazingly, You could be sent to jail. But only if it's bad enough, Or if the girl presses charges. At least... That's how I see it.

Well at school you could get suspended or sent to safe i punched someone in the face and got safe for a week!!!!

Are you in school. You can really get in big time trouble in my neck of the woods for fighting.I had one fight as a teenager.But i never had a choice.
