My roommate and I have separate lease agreements. Each are renewed unless otherwise stated every 30 days. We both have children and we agreed that she wouldn't bring a man home (since shewas in a relationship) I agreed also...she broke that...She swears constantly, there is constant yelling and screaming at her kids who do not behave and she kicked her son in the groin area., my daughter witnessed this as she was walking by his bedroom...this is only a very small amt of things, she never pays her rent on time, the UI bill is in her name I give my money to her yet there is a 1,400.00 bill will a termination notice - we both have individual leases. I want her gone, for many reasons one of them being my daughter isvery unhappy and is unable to sleep at night...mind you thisw has no affect on her she doesn't care

She's not going to move out. I suggest you not renew your lease and move out, leaving her with her unpaid electric bill. If she does not pay her rent, the landlord will eventually evict her. You can't evict her as you are not the landlord, you have no right to evict her. It takes a landlord months to evict someone. Just find your own place and move. |
