How would a woman stand legally 4 cutting of a guys pe*is?

I know stupid question, I'm not thinking of doing it, just curious. If women are allowed abortion because the child is inside of them. Surely when a guys pe*is is inside of me & I were to cut it off inside of me that's ok then. The only difference is he would probably survive to complain about it, but if he didn't survive & bled to death, surely that's ok then?

(Pro-abortionists, don't try to brainwash me that 'embryo/foetus' humans don't feel pain. You can't know for sure, it's like space who would have known you could float in it. Even scientists couldn't know 100%. It's not known until it happens, unfortunately pain can't be seen, even with all the technology in the world. An educated guess says pain is inherent to humans, so logically it's there from day 1. In a society that believes it's best 2 be safe than sorry, it doesn't figure to allow abortion. A human unfortunately is not capable of being anything other than human from day 1, no matter how much they might not want 2 be).

U may say junkie will raise a little criminal, but u could also say they wud become the oposite of their parent by seeing how wrong that is. 2 wrongs don't make a right. 2 allow them 2 legally add torture/murder via abortion to their list of crimes is surely wrong.

ps I hav been raped if I got pregnant I wudnt hav had my child 'aborted' tortured/ murdered. The child is not their father. Once conception has taken place it takes murder 2 end that life on demand, that's not acceptable.

I plan to hav loads of kids & live off benefits (ie not work) why should I pay tax that pays toward abortion & animal testing, it's unethical. My 'choice' 2 not work. I will highly educate my kids & encourage them 2 do the same as me. Society will hav 2 change. If not eventualy cos most people will shun 'abortion' murder. People like me wud breed less & contribute our money & time. Cos the world was better & needed less change, so u wud resolve a big problem by ending the barbaric practice of abortion

I don't think that abortion is the best thing, nobody does. I am not about to challenge your beliefs either, you seem set on them, but just try to think critically before asking questions like these that have no real answers. On the other hand maybe you have... and that is why you are bringing this question up.

Again, I said that I didn't think you were crazy. And you bring up some really good points that I haven't thought of. It is scary to think of the pain that a fetus may feel. Most scientific data points to the fact that underdeveloped fetuses don't have the capacity for pain and who knows they could be wrong.

But think of another victim in this situation, the female: If she is raped... and impregnated then she is definately going to go through severe pain and in some cases she may even die. Some would-be parents do it for selfish reasons, some just don't have the resources to raise a child because it does cost $100,000+ dollars to raise a child and they may have to give the child up for adoption.

This is a social problem, that the government saw and dealt with by passing a law that allows for people to solve their own issues, with out them having to be the bad guy.

If a woman has the choice to save a life and doesn't, that will lay in her lap only no one elses. So it is up to women to not abuse a law that was meant for her benefit.

I've been up way too late and there could actually be a few poor souls out there who might take your point seriously, that's the only reason I'm answering this one. Im pro-choice and I would say there is definitely a legal difference between something being a part of you, and something merely being inside you. A fetus is attached to your body throughout it's whole development and is a part of you. Your boyfriend's "Mr. Happy" is not and therefore does not rightfully belong to you to dispose of as you wish (unless he's very weird and actually consents to it). Goooood night....
