How do I go about either one?
I ordered a 20-piece nugget at McDonald's one night and instead of the standard 20 nuggets, they gave me 4 extra nuggets, so I got 24. I was thinking that maybe the grill cook saw me and was judging me, and that feels like discrimation right there. I don't have photographic evidence to prove this, but I just think that if they give you several extra nuggets, they see and judge you, and again, that feels like discrimination.
How do I go about suing them or filing a complaint?

Why do you think anyone judged you? Are you so overweight that you think someone thought you needed more food to keep you going? Or so thin that they wanted to fatten you up? Do you belong to an ethnic group stereotyped as especially liking chicken? Or were you so shabby in your appearance that someone may have thought that those chicken nuggets were all you were going to have to eat that day? In any case, ever hear of biting the hand that feeds you?
Of course, in some situations, receiving more merchandise than you ordered might require you to return the unodered items. Maybe McDonald's has reason for a complaint against YOU for eating those four nuggets that you didn't pay for. |

This is America where you can sue over any stupidity you want and this certainly qualifies. Whether or not you are going to win is a different matter.
Filing a lawsuit because you got MORE than what you ordered seems beyond frivilous, especially given the complete lack of physical evidence. |
