Probably at least one of them depending on where you work and how many hours and what type of covered business it is.

you usually are suppose to. but depends on how many hours you work (if ur full time or part time employee). if your a part-time employee you should be gettin at least 10 to 30 minutes of lunch break or restbreak. it is by law that a person under the age of 18 should receive a break and shouldnt be working i think its past 10 or 11pm.

There is nothing that requires an employer to provide breaks, however, they know employees are more productive when they are provided breaks. As a 16 year old, Child Labor laws do not apply.

Depends on which state you live int. And if you're 16, you probably only work part time. So in most cases, if you work 4 hours or more, then you are probably entitled to one 15 minute break.
