I received a DUI, in 2006. I know that is a conviction, but it is also traffic. So do I put it down if it states except traffic convictions. Also would you give details to this conviction, or just just give that information. I have nothing else on my record but the DUI, in 06. Help!! I really want this job?

a DUI is a criminal offense, not a traffic conviction. You will need to put it on your application. |

Check your application. I believe it says "minor traffic convictions," not just "traffic convictions." But if it does just say "traffic convictions," leave it out. If it says "minor traffic convictions," put it in. A DUI is not minor and it will show up on your background check. |
