You've got a warranty to cover the repairs.
Unless, however, you feel you were sold a "lemon". In that case, the first thing you'll want to do is check to see if your state has a "buyer's remorse" law that lets you cancel a contract within three days. However, I don't know if these laws apply to auto purchases.
If you have a bigger problem than a warranty repair, and you bought the car from a reputable dealer, I would talk to them about your concerns. They'll likely want to take care of the problem for customer satisfaction.
Litigation should always be a last resort. |

Try getting it fixed because believe it or not that is what warrenties are for. Quit trying to get rich quick and earn a living. I am tired of all the stupid law suits and everyone going to court with their grievences handle it like an adult for a change. |

A bit silly to sue. et te garage to sort it out under the warranty if the problem is covered by it. The Courts are always a last resort |

Sorry to state the obvious but it depends on the terms of the warranty / whats covered and the fault. Why so eager to sue? I'm sure the garage will help out if its just been one day?

That's what a warranty is for, to take care of problems.
If your problem is not covered, and it's a new car, it might be covered by the Lemon Law. |

you can't sue but there may be a lemon law in your state, usually 3 days after purchase. If it has a warranty, this may be your other recourse.

Jeez, give them a chance! you have a warranty take it back to where you bought it and give them chance to fulfill their part of the bargain, why so keen to sue? why is it always the first thought? Not all car dealers are dodgy! |

Depends. In Louisiana, we have a "lemon" law that would allow you to take back the vehicle and get a full refund withing either 30 days or 60 days, I forget which. But not all states have "lemon" laws. |
