I think spraying the guy in the face with CS gas is what got you that long. That's Assault with intent to commit bodily harm. That alone in the US carries a term on it's own. Then there's the charge of Robbery. What did you expect?, a slap on the wrist? |

3. If you spent 6 years of a 7 year stretch, you didn't exactly "bide your time" did you? If you had you'd been out in 3 1/2 years probably less if you had been out on remand before. |

why did you even rob the garage in the first place. my thought on this matter is that you should of got more because what gives you the rite to spray someone in the face when they are just trying to earn aliving . well i hope when you were inside that you have had your head cleared and you will not do that again. you should go out and get a job and you would see how hard it is to make a living and earn your own money. if we all rob what would the world come to. i really hope you dont do this again it is no life to have a criminal record hanging over your head. which will make it harder for you to get a job. you only have one life on this earth and im sure you dont want to spend the rest of your days behind bars. |
