Maybe you will learn that discrimination in the work place is illegal and insulting your co-workers creates an unpleasant environment and is dangerous to morale and productivity. Speech is not protected when it infringes on other people's rights.

Uh calling someone such a derogatory name, especially at work is not freedom of speech persay. It's called discrimination. And regardless of what you think, and what you think your rights are, that kind of behavior is not tolerated in the work force.
