I got fired today, and the paper says: "Your employment... has been terminated... as your attitude and reluctance to take direction from the service manager continues to deteriorate and has become unacceptable." I would have to agree that I disliked the new boss that had been with us only 3 month. Nevertheless, I would always do what he'd say, except 2 days ago I refused to fix printer because it wasn't my responsibility (or qualification), in addition I was on a customer payed time. The attitude was shown only 2 times: one at the very beginning of his ruling, where we exchanged "I'm not going to take that sh-it from you", and second time (3 days ago) I was asked by my boss a serious of questions in front of the customer and every time I'd try to answer, the boss would rudely interrupt and ask another question. Four times in a row he would interrupt me, so finally I asked, "do you want me to answer or you just wanna keep on interrupting". That's when I got my first verbal warning. So, what are my chances to win unemployment in your opinion? Thanks all.
Additional Details
Why are you zooming in on "get a job" as if I was avoiding a job or not planning on getting one. I am a diesel mechanic, best in proficiency in the shop. I'm not afrain of hard, or dirty, or wet, or dangerous work.

Do you have any proof of what you claim? If not, then it's just he said/ she said and you may have difficulty proving your case. If you weren't issued any written warnings, you may be golden. I googled California labor laws for you and included a link below, I hope this helps!
