I had request a welfare check on my mother, and they had spoke with my brother that evening.?

I was told by the dept that everything was okay, and they never did see my mother that evening, my brother answer the door that night.
So I did request for my mother to be seen because we have not been able to get a hold of her, this is why I had that welfare check in the first place, was to have my mother seen by a police officer that evening. So I did what my job part was the right why.
So it is not about me get a officer in trouble, but when I had requested a job to be done the right way and to have my mother seen by someone, then it should have been done on their part, because if it was then they would have called the ambulance to come and get her and then took my brother in.
