Take pictures or videos of what he is doing so you have proof in case this has to go to court.
Then next time he is on your property, don't say anything to him, just call the police so you can file a report and while the officer is there, tell the neighbor in a calm and civil voice and in front of the officer if he comes on your property again, you will file charges.
Be sure and get the officer's name and badge # and ask when you can get a copy of the report for your files (best to get them as you make them). Some places you can get them the next day but in larger cities, it can take 2 or 3 days before they are ready (depends on the system they have set up)
You might consider having an electrician out to put a switch on the outlets outside. That way you can turn them off in the house when you don't need them and let him get the surprise of his life when it won't work ~ lol
Might consider motion lights outside, too, so if he does come over that way, the lights will flip on ~ the first time ought to scare the whoop out of him as he gets caught red-handed on your land :)
A picket fence around the front yard and a privacy fence around the back would also make it more difficult for him to traipse back and forth and will raise the value of your home if you do decide to sell later.
And make a report and file charges if he comes back after he has been warned. He has to learn to respect other people and their property and quit taking advantage of others. If enough neighbors band together and do this, maybe he will move :)
BTW, take pictures of his car and how it blocks your driveway ~ there are laws about that, too, and pictures tell alot when you go to court
Good luck to you folks |

You can either:
A) Strap yourself with C4 and chase him
B) Pull out your assault rifle
or
C) As someone stated above, call the police and notify them of his disrespectful behavior. |

You can get a restraining order that so he has to stay away from you and your house and when ever her breaks the restraining order call the police and he will go to jail he can threaten you with a golf club behind bars. |

Quietly instally a (concealed) video camera when he's not at home. wait a few days until you have some really lurid examples. then turn the tape over to the authorities, press charges, and sue the sh~t out of him for everything your lawyer can think of.
(A micro-tape recorder for when you have encounters outside the camera range is nice too). |

Tell on him, he shouldn't do that without your permission, and threatens you, he deserves to go to jail, hes mean!!! |

aw bless - what a nightmare! Why dont you start a diary and note down the date and time of every occurance! Then you have "evidence" to present to the police after a few months! Also could you ask the neighbours to back you up and make a note of anything that he does? Surely the police are getting fed up of his phoning them accusing you of things! Is there anyway that you could phone the police when he is in the middle of doing something then they could catch him in the act? Can you tape him threatening you? |

you can contact the police and tell them what he is doing.
1. It is a parking violation to block someones driveway.
2. If you did not steal things from his garage then he can be charged with filing false reports.
3. Him using an extension cord to use you electricity is stealing
4. Him threatening you with a golf club in assault
5. If he does sit on you furniture while you are at work then that is trespassing.
With all the things you have described, your neighbor has a good chance of going to jail. If not, you could always get a restraining order. |

this sounds almost exactly like my old neighbor. my family ended up building a 12 foot tall fence inbetween our houses. and every time they would do something thas was unacceptable we would take pictures of them doing whatever it was. eventually we called the cops and showed them all the pictures. they charged our neighbor a fine of $500 and they eventualy moved away. good luck with your set! |

He's breaking a lot of laws, but I'm not a lawyer. But for one, I know he's trespassing. (I watch " The People's Court" every day, and this one is a no- brainer.) Call the police and get a restraining order against him so he can't come within 50 or 100 feet of you, your electric outlets, your driveway, or your patio furniture. Let the police take it from here, so you and your wife will be safe. And tell them about how he threatens you with a golf club. Good luck. |

Sounds like you need to build a tall sideyard fence, take a pic, video him destroying it. Then take him to court to replace it. At the same time get a restraining order, and when the court tells him he must replace the fence he might finally stay out of your way. Good Luck! |

i don't know. you may just have to confront him. park a car where he likes to park his. he sits on your patio while your at work? what a weirdo. i have annoying an neighbor. i'm almost ready to move its so bad. the guy was teaching my 3 year old how to punch and kick. his daughter is 4 and is always exceedingly violent. we avoid them at all costs, but we still need to live our lives. |

If he's stealing your electricity (which IS theft), call the cops. If he threatens you, call the cops, get a restraining order.
Or, you can start being an *** to HIM and hope HE moves out. |

Either confront him, whoop his ***, or get a restraining order on him. |

Talk to him about it and tell him to stop if he threatens you tell him "good, makes more evidence for court". Threaten to call the police on him |

If the police won't help you, then you will have to show this guy that his behavior is unacceptable, and what I mean by that is you may have to do things you don't want to do, but you must or this guy will rule you until you die. Do you really want that? |

i suggest taking the matter to court and filing a lawsuit. chances are they'll understand and get him in trouble. |

Call the police and have a restraining order put on him, making sure that he is not allowed within so many feet of your house. Good Luck. Neighbors can be a pain in the a s s. |

Thats a gay neighbor. Anyways the same thing happened to me, the best thing 2 do would be 2 call the cops, tell them hes going on ur property, and he threatens u with a golf club, file a restraining order and tell him to get the heck off ur property. |

Go to the police station yourself, and give a detailed explanation
about the situation. Insist on an officer coming out the your house to deal with your neighbor. They might arrest him on theft charges. Good luck! |
