I just got into a car accident right now im 18 years old it was my fault i basically totaled my dads car this is my first time ever getting in trouble with the law im unlicensed and never had a license the car is uninsured the people arent hurt im fine too my tickets violations say unlicensed driver midemeanor uninsured infraction fail to yield infraction ughhh whats gonna happen is it possible i could never get my license now or what plz answer this happened just a few hours ago i feel so bad

Well, you have yourself in a pickle. But I can say that if they give driver's licenses back to 3 time DUI drivers you to will get yours one day. It may be delayed until you are 21 but that is up to the judge. Why was the car not insured is my question.....
Also you can guarantee the possibility of one of the other people in the car you wrecked into will claim to be hurt in a few days. You are responsible for all damage to them, their car and your dad's car. |
