It is not legal first of all by law. The only way it would be legal is if they are married. However I dont think its wrong. If they love each other then let it be. |

Actually it is not legal in most states....it is called statutory rape if the mother of the 16 year old wishes to press charges....this can be done up until she reaches her 18th birthday.....
Double check your legal info in your state, but as a 25 year old man why would you not want to date someone your own age? Think about how you may be affecting your 16 year old girl friend, she has not had the life experience to know the difference and in a way you are taking advantage of her youth.....just my opinion, but if she was my daughter I would my on the front lawn with a base ball bat waiting to whack you up side the head to knock some sense into you.....and she would be grounded until she was 18!! LOL |
