I would absoloutly report them!...............then on the other hand you say he is WORKING which is more than a lot of louts born in this country that sit back and use and abuse the system. If he is working guess he is payin his taxes just like me...oh I dont know it is a conundrum.....I think I will just have to have another beer and get back to you ....sorry not very helpful

If the father isn't doing anything wrong I wouldn't report him. Maybe all he wants is a job. If you feel the son is hurting anyone in anyway report him.

If you have proof that the son is a crook/thug, pull him aside with the evidence you have and warn him of the consequences. If he refuses to comply, then call the police. The police can deal with theft, if they find out he is illegal in the process, that has nothing to do with you. The person that's merely working and not hurting anyone can be left alone.
