I live in ca my sister past away yesterday morning I found out at 3:30 pm?

My family is treating me unfairly. My mother won't even answer my ph. calls. I feel I have done nothing wrong. I need some legal advice on this matter

my family is upset with me because, my other sister had x-mas dinner at her house in honors of my other sister that past away yesterday.well she wasn't there she was in the hosiptal,so I didn't go.I felt why go if she wasn't going to be there,also their mad cause I hadn't called her.I was just doing as she wished & that was she didn't want anyone to go to the hospital & see her the way she was.I was having hard enough time dealing with the fact that she was dying.I start to cry when I talk about it.I didn't want her to see me cry.I didn't want to upset her anymore than she already was, she didn't need that.now my family is treating me like I've done something evil.I was dealing with things that has happened to in the past year.Not one of them were there for me when my husband & I found our roommate hanging in our garage,he had committed suicide.My mother just told me to get over it, and go on with my life. no support what so ever from them.I have back problems so its hard to get around

I'm very sorry to hear about your sister.
If you mean you want to know if there's anything you can do about the fact that they didn't call you or that they aren't returning your calls ... I'm sorry to tell you that there's nothing that you can do.
Give them some time, it's very hard loosing a sister so imagine how hard it is to lose your child. Without knowing all the details about why they're acting this way (only they know), you have to keep in mind that they're probably very upset to say the least and maybe even slightly medicated (it's common practise for doctors to prescribe anti-depressants in times like these), so cut them some slack and try not to focus on why they didn't call you, cause it's not about you at this time and you shouldn't take it personally. People do things when they're upset and grieving that they wouldn't do otherwise. Everyone has a different way of dealing with grief and there are many stages that people go through. If you need someone to talk to contact your church (if you're religious) or a community centre outreach program or even see a grief counsellor.

sorry about your loss, my sister stole all my inheritance, I got nothing, do you suppose they are hiding something from you, if you were in her will?
a will is worthless unless it is signed at attorneys office, they should file with county to make it legalized.
was this done?
unless you know of will, that your name appears, an attorney is waste of your money.

why dont you just go to ur moms house unexpectidly and be like hi, how have you been...good?? o really because i havn't been -- and then talk to her about whatever is on your mind...you dont need to sue your own family for not picking up your phone calls... i mean honsetly, her phone might be on silent for all you know

BUT HOW CAN YOU SUE THEM FOR NOT TELLING YOU THAT? IF THAT'S ANY INDICATION OF HOW YOU NORMALLY BEHAVE, THEN NO WONDER THEY NEGLECTED TO TELL YOU AND AVOID COMMUNICATIONS WITH YOU. I GOT A FEELING MOST PEOPLE WHO KNOW YOU PERSONALLY TREAT YOU THIS WAY...NO OFFENSE.

Do you live far away? If not, you could always drive up to your folks' house. Unless you're shunned from the family or something, they should be returning your phone calls. Unfortientally, you can't take legal action for someone not answering the phone...
My condolences. I hope everything turns out okay.
