I missed a court date almost 7 years ago...?

My IL license was suspended and I got in a wreck in MO, where I worked. I was in a bad accident (really bad head injuries) and later ticketed by the cop at the hospital...btw I hardly remember that day my head was so screwed up.

Well, I missed my court date...I had some major memory issues after the wreck.... and it's been 6+ years. I was so scared because I missed court that I didn't do anything about it. What should I do? Do I have a warrant out? Is there a good way to resolve this, or should I wait for statute of limitations (or whatever) to work...does anyone know how long until they will dispose of the case?

No statute of limitations on a warrant. It remains valid unless/until the case is resolved. Warrants are issued automatically for unpaid traffic violations.

Your best bet is to retain an attorney.
