i got a speeding ticket and the court date says on monday the 12th day of may. the 12th of may is a tuesday. probly a dumb question but is the court date being wrong enough to have it dismissed? also if i want to attend traffic school instead do i plead guilty or not guilty?

You have a better chance of getting school with a guilty plea IMHO
