Call the cops on them, don't tell them they are illegal or anything - once they catch them, they will find out themselves if they are legal or not (they always perform status checks while questioning people) - if they're illegal as you have said, then they will deport them.

How do you know that these individuals are illegal immigrants? Did you check to see if they have proper documents? Putting aside your xenophobic comments, it is illegal for anyone to litter.

You saw SOMEONE littering in the park. Even if you asked for ID, you have NO WAY of knowing they were illegal immigrants, unless you actually SAW them cross the border illegally. An illegal immigrant and a legal immigrant look exactly the same.

EDIT: Actually, you can't even tell by looking if they were born in the country or not.

Obviously it's not ok to litter whether they're illegals or not. But it seems like it wasn't a lot of stuff so you should've just picked it up and threw it away yourself.

Call ICE and let them know of your extrordinary ability to tell someone's immigration status just by looking at them. All the other ICE agents have to examine paperwork and such to know whether someone is a citizen or a resident alien. They need you on the staff. BTW, there is an Irish fella living across the street from me. Is he legal or illegal?
