I think its a private property, what should I do? Should I call a police or should I leave them alone?

Since it will not be long before they wander onto your property and then burglarize your house, you should have the police relocate them to a more homeless-friendly environment.

Do you know who the owner is? Do they have permission to be there? It certainly sounds as if they may be trespassing.
NOBODY has the right to be on or in private property without permission. |

If the owner of the property doesn't want them there then they need to call the police, not you, but if they are creating a disturbance then you have every right to call the police. |
