I think you need professional help. YA is not the place to get a solution to your mental health issues. |

I think you need to speak to your doctor about this. He may be able to refer you to someone that can help with your paranoia. How could your neighbour possibly do all the things you blame him for? Get real! Get Help! |

i think you watch too much TV, probably a lot of sci-fi. does your neighbour have super powers enabling him to see through floors and walls with pinpoint accuracy to your neck????its not the police you need love, its a shrink. |

Move and don't provide anyone with your forwarding address - he's not the only one after you. |

Dude, I am serious. Buy the larg rolls of tinfoil and cover yourself completely with it while you sleep. The signal will reflect back and destroy the atomizer and befib in his ultrasonic device. I might suggest you wearing a tinfoil hat 24/7. Good Luck Man! |

you should contact stewie griffin and get him to build a special raygun so you can stop the bad man. i know who you are talking about, i live in the same complex as you. in fact, i am watching you through the wall. no, the other wall... yeah, that one. just between us, the bad man has a secret tunnel from his place to yours, and it is in your bedroom closet. take my advice, and just call stewie right now. |

So sounds like you need proof?
Get an oscilloscope. Take a video recording camera. Put it at night, and record the oscilloscope's activity.
If your local police don't help you, write to someone with higher powers.
I would beat the crap out of that person for doign this kind of thing. No mercy. You have brain damage too, I assume.
As someone said, put foil or anything else that can absorb high frequency sound waves better. |

Have you actually gone and knocked on this blokes door and asked why he is doing this?....has the police spoken to him?........this story does sound a little far fetched to me, that its happened in 3 different appartments. |

Maybe you should start by going to the doctors and make sure you don't have some kind of other medical condition.. good luck |

Hi sweetie, I can tell you now what is causing this, you are suffering from anxiety attacks, I know this because i used to have them constantly and the symptoms you describe are exactly the same. I would advice you go to your Doc and speak with him about his. Your thoughts that your neighbour is doing this to you are feeding your anxiety attacks. Please don't think that I am being cynical about your fears but I really do believe this is what is happening to you. Best wishes to you x |

get a piece of pipe and go beat the living **** out of him. then go do it again the next day just to make sure he understands. |

I say you get a REALLY powerful laser and blind him while he is doing the sound thing. After all, how can a blind man prove what he saw? |

Now call me cynical, because your question may be perfectly legitimate but if this guy is in the apartment above you when he does this, then how can he actually see you to aim this device at your neck?
What exactly is this device you are talking about? You said you have researched it. |

I am thinking that you should not be taking anymore mind altering drugs, before things really get worst. BUT, if you serious, I suggest that you go to the police and tell them about what you said here. |

Please see your doctor first. |

And how is he doing this? Is the floor and walls invisible? |

Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity Syndrome
I'm going to treat this as a legit question. EHS is a syndrome that comes from being overly sensitive to EMF fields. If you have moved to three different apartments in the same building, it's not the neighbor doing this. If it's an old building, then it may have old wiring (electrical). The codes back then were not as strict as they are now. If you have very high EMF readings, and you are sensitive to them, it can cause lack of sleep, headaches, muscle aches, minor tiredness, sleepiness or in some cases the reverse and insomnia. It can also cause small seizures, with would feel like paralysis. Also, it causes paranoia among other things. Check the Internet and read about the symptoms of EMF exposure and EHS.
Have someone come out and check your apartment for EMF fields. If they're high there, then more than likely they are all over the building. So it wouldn't matter what apartment you lived in, you would still have problems.
If it's not the case then I have no clue. |
