Your states Board of Education and Public School Codes govern regulations regarding safety, responsibility, rules of conduct, violations, disciplines, etc. And there ARE rules of conduct that should be enforced.
Public education is a right, transportation to and from school is a privilege.
If there are students who are acting out on the bus and causing disturbances, the driver should report it. Students can also report incidents to their parents and school authorities, it's the schools responsibility to take action. |

you have the right to sit down, keep your mouth shut, and do what you are told.
if you do not have enough room to sit down, talk to your parents and ask them to contact your school.
good luck |

Question G
 |
You have the right to shut up and not bug the driver. If he's distracted for even 30 seconds he could drive you all off a bridge. Quit worrying about what everyone else is doing and focus on yourself.
And learn to type. |
