If your fingerprints are ever taken by any law enforcement agency in the United States, they will be kept in the FBI Database until they are deleted (and that won't ever happen). |

Yes. Innocent or guilty, once you are arrested and booked, your fingerprints are there forever. And some places do a cheek swab so they got your DNA also. |

yes they do keep them in a file with all of your info. but if you want to you can burn or sand off you fingerprints that will make you undetectable. |
