btw im a minor, and i stole about $20.00 worth. please dont lecture me! I know i was stupid! And im never doing it agian! O and will they give me a drug test at court?

It is difficult to predict as it depends on the judge and a lot of other factors.
Some things that I do know:
* the judge will be more harsh if you bring friends with you. Bring your parents. Leave your friends at home.
* dress and act respectfully.
* do not show "attitude" in court.
* it is okay to be nervous.
It is unlikely for them to require a drug test. |
