First, Talk to your mom. If she doesnt do anything- go to the cops. Make sure you dont wait long and you have the proof (bruises, scars, bumps, etc..) I would take pictures of the wounds too!
No one should be treated like that EVER- no matter what the reason!

i would go straight to the cops and press charges they could get him for child abuse and assult and battery or go to the hospital and they will get the cops involved u should do this now bc if not he will end up soing it again or either hurting ur mom an d u should never say that u r gonna kill urself u can go to hell if u do that |

First off, go get a check up at the hospital so you have formal evidence and a record of the abuse, even after the wounds have healed.
After that maybe you could try reporting him to the police? |

if your building a case you have to have evidence, so take pictures of your injuries and get a notice from a doctor.
The charge will vary, depending on if this is first offense, if it is he might not even have to go to jail at all.
You have to go file a suit though, but if your not over 18, you need a parent to co-sign it with you. |

Mouth off again to an adult. We are only seeing one side to this story, and I would be willing to bet you deserved it! They have taken discipline out of the home and out of the school, and now the kids are out of control with no reprecussions. Sounds to me like you found out what the reprecussions are! |
