its only 10 cents but you have to wonder what if it is 10 dollars next time.if it still bothers you in a couple of hours i would call say i dont feel comfortable with how they blew you off. that you think you deserve a 10 percent discount next time you order. or something they most likley will help you . just call back and let them know it really bothers you. your not happy what can they do. ask to speak to someone else. |

Because the overcharge was 11 cents.
Sue them- claim class action - your lawyer will win millions - the company will have to refund millions of dollars...
...and you'll get 11 cents. |

To get back your $.11, i would find location of web company, find someone in the vicinity who is hurting for a few bones and pay him/her $500 to break the knee-caps of any one of the wrongdoers to set an example.
I think that would be a value deal as you would only be out $499.89 but would feel much better overall...hahhahahah. |

Spend $500 an hour for an attorney to teach you what ripping off really means. |

10 cents is not a big deal, in my personal opinion just cut your losses. You can make up the money simply by saving yourself the hassle of not talking to some Indian person on the telephone. |

Return the products and get your money back if 10 or 11 cents means that much to you. |

It's ten cents..get over it. They apologized do you really expect them to send you a 10 cent refund? It would cost them more to do that...... |

First off, it's 11 cents, not 10. Second, and more important, 11 cents is like nothing nowadays. Just forget about it, and buy from a different vendor next time. |
|

wtf?
 |
You should forget about it. Are you really that hard up for money that you are going to go through all this stuff just for 10 cents? |
|

Look in your couch for a dime? It's not that big of a deal. Ten bucks, yeah, ten cents, no. Sorry |

File a consumer complaint with the office of consumer affairs and call a lawyer.
Some companies need to be held accountable so they do not do it to other people over and over again.
Or, forget it.

I would forget about it and I wouldn't order anything from them again. It isn't really the 10c that would bother me. What would bother me about it is............can you imagine if they ripoff like 10,000 ppl. or more at .10c apiece how much that would add up to? They would be getting very rich. |

Move on.
Unfortunately this seems to be more and more of a daily occurrence with companies. They overcharge you pennies and then give you attitude about refunding you. I am starting to think this is a country wide scam as often as it happens. Is there really anything we can do? |
