The question here is what means more to you...money or self-respect? If you care anything about yourself, you will pass up the offer. |

If he offered you one dollar would you consider it?
We know what you are, now we're just haggling over the price. |

You know what you should do. You may obtain the $1000, but you'll lose your job and your self-respect.

HHAHAHA,
I thought you were talking about like trying to sue him for $1,000.
Then I was like,
OOOOOOH!
But,

Well if you have any morals then don't do it! If you are that desperate for cash then try to get a loan and leave the old man alone!! |

i am skeptical of this story. retirement homes are disgusting... there is that weird foot powder/disinfectant smell. i would hold out for at least $5000. old men in retirement homes can be tricky. he's stuck there. he could rat you out and his family could sue the retirement home etc. if he wanted to get out this would be the way to do it. |

You know where you stand and you know more yourself than anybody else so you should know what is right from wrong. |

No amount of money can excuse his lecherous behaviour.
Follow your own instincts in the aspects of right and wrong |

As a worker in a retirement home, remarks that come out of patients mouths like that are supposed to be ignored...but he's a good size, then.... |

Ask the other folks there how much they are getting from this guy and decide if the 1000 is a good deal for you. You might be able to negotiate more in a competitive market. |

I'd work him for more money, but that's just me.
In your case, I'd say that the grand is really quite small in the scheme of things, especially in comparison to your self worth. You will always find yourself in positions where you need money, and agreeing to that kind of proposal is the first step down a slippery slope. |

Yeah you're a little nasty, isn't there something illegal about that. |

Earn your money, make and old man happy... end of story. Don't tell anybody. Just make sure he's got the cash and he's not just crazy. |

It's up to you. Make an old man happy, and give him a great memory that will last the rest of his life, and make a thousand bucks. Or give it away to your boyfriend for free.
Just don't get caught if you do it. And make sure you see the $$$ up front! |

Make a deal with him. Tell him you dont want to marry him, but could really use the money. So do something for him and get the money, in the long run it will beefit you. [ i mean the money ] lol. |

Report it to the director and tell him you have been proposed and that $1,000.00 is an insult. A girl at 21 here in Georgia will get you at least $2,000.00 |
