the p.o. usually about finding a job?
have met with one and she gave me a "financial assesment" form to fill out and bring in next week.
she told me that unless you are disabled, that it doesnt look very likely that i will get any differet treatment i am guessing this.
but if you have NO place to stay and are basically homeless, how PUSHY is the P.O. going to be about finding a job?
i am taking 8 anger management classes and told P>O i am looking for a job, as well as a place to stay.
she asked for a phone number and told me she HAD to have one, but i told her that i dont have one, and she accepted my email, but i am wondering IF this will change and why.
also, what do you do normally if not paying money?
you just show up and say hi?
or is she there to PUSH you to find a job?
what can she do, if you just are "finding" one?
please explain.

also, they told me that i am not REQUIRED to stay at a shelter,,, however will this change now that "I dont have a phone number"??

Each shelter will be different. Each person at each shelter will treat you different. If your young...they may have bias against you. There are things you could be doing under age 24 that will give you education and room and board. Just as job corps or military if you can qualify.
There are Temp jobs all over the country that will give you work. Go to the unemployment center. It would be vrey difficult for anyone having a homeless problem today. There is just too many people hurting that way.
There are all kinds of jobs in the farming industry. Just look them up on line. Go around to restrurants and apply for dish washer. That would you get a trac phone once you have money. |
