My passport was in my agency where i apply for a work abroad before for DH to Malaysia. They guarantor all my expenses with the trainings, medical and visa process. Before my visa came, I changed my decision not to go anymore because I was been afraid from the stories I heard from a friend with the life I'll be living there in Malaysia. I didn't signed yet any contract from the Job Order they offfered me. I just tell them I will pay for the expenses they spent for me, but they are giving me higher fees to pay. Now I need my passport back, can I get a new one from the DFA again while I'm waiting for that passport to be paid?Please help me
