If he turned himself into San Francisco authorities, he'd get probation and some weed to party with. |

AshlandSoccer17
No way. He would for sure get the harshest punishment immaginable |

It's hard to take time off a hangin'. But, I guess you COULD lengthen the rope just a bit. |

No, he'd be executed, and rightly so.
Turning yourself in is not the sort of cooperation that gets you a lighter sentence anyway.

Is that before of after he is mercilessly tortured? |

You mean tightening the noose a little more so his neck snaps, rather than keeping it loose enough so he suffocates? |

no |

BIG TIM
Yeah.... they would kill him a lot faster rather than the slow torture that is planned now |

Faye

i think he will be put down regardless - lol |

No Way!!!!
In England, we'd give him a council house, benefits, and exclusive use of the best lawyers the land can give.
Bin Laden would be made to feel as comfortable as every other effing foreign asylum seeker - but such is life.
Chances are he's already here. |

Ashley's Bun
he'd be killed not sentenced to prison |

Freethinker
Nope, he'd get to do the hemp fandango (he'd be hanged). |

Bill
Yes. 10 years off of eternity. |

If his co-operation caused the end of all Terrorist actions though out the world, and allow for global harmony. It would probably be considered. We could then tell the world of his great co-operation, Capture and execute all the worlds terrorist and reduce his sentence to life in prison with all the people he just turned in. I'm sure they would forgive him too. |

Goyo
Yeah, he'd get the first 1 foot off starting at the top, if you know what I mean! (If not, then "just like Sadam") |

wizjp
of course...eternity in burning hell less 2 years. |

mike t
yes they would wait one day before they hang him |

funman
who? |

Crystal :)
hmm I don't think he would be dumb enough to turn himself in silly :p Although he kinda is one chocolate chip short of a cookie >.> |

Sethie
Probably not. It's a delicate case, simply because he was the leader of a terrorist cell, and not a citizen. Habeas corpus, and a number of other methods allowing citizens certain pre-determined trial rights, would not apply. My best guess would be no. |

MrOrph
Sure he will. I promise. Without a doubt.
Now you, tell us where he is. |
