short answer is no
its restricted for a reason therefore you CANNOT drive......if you get caught you may get a warrant out for your arrest for not following the restriction order... |

The restrictions are pretty clear. If you read them, they'll tell you what you can and cannot do. Basically if it says you CAN do something, that's an all inclusive list. You are not supposed to stop for groceries, but I doubt anyone will stop you. It can happen, though.
The other state may not notice the restrictions, but then, they may. You could just get a license in their state :) |
