If it is somebody's pet, yes you will and you should be. But if you are lets say lost in the woods for a few days and you come across a wolf or something and you use it for food, no you would not be.
Wild dogs carry some nasty stuff and you really should not consume them. Commercially farmed animals have to be vet checked and in tip top shape in order to be food for humans! |

Well it is illegal but most people that start with pets eventually move up to humans, so maybe you need to go get checked out because cannibalism is illegal and so is murder. |
