If I said "stop" and the girl doesn't stop, is it considered rape???

I am sorry that you have gone threw something of that nature. If you feel that you need to seek counsel I would suggest doing so. But more importatntly you should have contacted the authorities right after it happened so they could have a rape kit on you to prove this situation. After you take a shower the evidence is washed away. But again you should counsult counsel to find out what your rights are if you chose to pursue or if not maybe just getting some counsling to help you deal with the issue. I wish you the best. However in the future be careful of your sorroundings, have a wing man when you go out that you can depend on to get you out of a sticky situation. Best of luck with your situation.

...u are a girl right? well..if she was causing u physical pain and u didnt consent to her causing u said pain, well thats plain battery i would have thought. so if u can't get her on rape go for the battery charge, just play up the pain factor and you should be set. *if u are not familiar with the term battery, you may be familiar with assault, well assault doesnt include physical violence, it only covers verbal and the such. once it becomes physical, it becomes battery. good luck. speak to a lawyer if you're actually serious.

on another note. don't play up the insulted bit. no one would really care if you were insulted by someone gossiping about you.

I don't think it's right she didn't stop and you could probably persue it if you really wanted to but you have to look at the situation..both adults and the man saying he said stop. The liklihood of winning the case would probably be pretty slim.

C'mon now, you couldnt stop her?? Did she over power you, or you kinda just went with the flow?? Because saying rape is a serious accusation and can ruin lives. You need to look inside yourself and see why you really feel violated. And you yourself just said it was a case of consenting adults...
