Depends where your house is. Most anywhere in the U.S. or civilized world you can't just shoot anyone if they are not a direct threat to you or someone.
If you do shoot him outside, drag him in the house before you call the cops and cover the tracks.
If you live in a war zone - go for it, its your job and you'll get rich on the reward.

Yes and No, The Goverment did set out a dead or alive reward of 25 million for him but if you kill him the contorvusy that will start would be crazy your better off calling the cops. i bet you would get some medal for portecting our nation and you would proably go on like good mornig america and show off how big of hero you were.
