If a man is charged with the crime of rape, his name is made public. If a woman is charged with the crime of falsely claiming she was raped, her name is made public.
If anyone is charged with a crime, it is public record (withthe exception of minors). |

If it can be proved to be a legitimately false claim, the woman will be named. The problem is, there are plenty of cases where the woman didn't consent, but the man legitimately thought she did.
That isn't rape, but it sure as hell seems like it to the woman. |

The sad thing is the media and law agencies release pictures and addresses of these people as soon as the lynch mob arrests him. They ruin his life and put his photo every where then when he is found innocent, he has no job, no home, no prospect of ever having a normal life like before. Females who falsely accuse men for molestation or rape need to be executed on the spot. |
