The death penalty. Especially because he realized what he was doing enough to call the cops (so he knew it was wrong) he should not be admitted to a metal ward, not that there isn't something mentally wrong with him, there is just nothing that can be fixed or changed by a mental ward. |

Well that depends whether he's insane, doesn't it? Perhaps he cooked and ate her because it occurred to him that he couldn't get away with murder, and doing something apparently crazy might be the best way to minimise the cost of a conviction. In that case the cannibalism, though perhaps not the murder, was a fairly rational response and not particularly indicative of insanity. |

Oh wow! This almost sounds like a joke so this must be pretty sick! Kind of reminds me of Hannibal Lectar. I think death penalties are an easy way out for a person. Especially where they don't suffer they just get injected. I think he should NOT be put in a mental hospital because all the other patients are just as bad and he will probably just sit in a little cubical room for the rest of his life. I think he needs to be put into a hardcore jail (the ones we see on tv) ah but the other part of me sees this poor young guy who obviously has mental problems getting tortured by rough house men... I don't know I guess I will leave this to the authorities! =) |
