No.
1) You cannot sue over something which occurred 200 years ago.
2) The govt's act was in accord with law, unless it deliberately avoided locating the heir at the time. |

This is why people need to make a will. It is very difficult to get the money, because the burden of proof is on you. The government will take about 50% for taxes anyway, something Bush wanted to eliminate, but Obama will not! |
