By calling an unborn child a "blob of cells", you are comparing that child to something that may have come out of someone's nose. |

The point isn't losing a 'blob of cells' from your body, its the potential that it has. Some women are against abortion for religious reasons or they believe that everything has a right to life.
I do not believe that it is totally the father's choice for her to get an abortion anyway. |

Because men are also just a blob of cells, albeit a better formed one, and women resent blobs of cells telling them what to do. |

Because she probably does not think that it is "a blob of cells". |

Because they perceive the potential of what it has to become. |

"blob of cells" is just a way to make abortions and embryonic stem cell research more excepted, it's not really the view of the all american women(or so I'm told). |

I would really hope that this was not a serious question...
The baby has the potential to be more than just a 'blob of cells.' It is inside them, and is their child. Emotions are very strong with women, and even more so with their maternal instincts. |

It is not just a blob of cell. It is the beginning of life and therefore is of utmost importance. This is at 6 weeks:
The baby’s now about 8mm long – double the size they were last week but still only the size of a little tadpole. Their tiny heart has already started to beat at about 100–130 beats per minute as blood begins to circulate. The little buds that will become arms and legs are starting to form. Brain waves are detectable from day 40 as brain tissues are growing rapidly. Their eyes are starting to take shape and have already started to darken with pigment. |

An unborn child is just that according to God - a CHILD |

It's not the guys right.
If the woman wants to, fine, but the guy shouldn't ask her, he can talk about it, but he can't say "Dear, get an abortion."
Abortions can be emotional things for women, men aren't as into it ussually, and it's a tad insulting when the woman feels like she doens't have a choice. |

because it's taking away the chance of that individual human being to experience life. the fact that we are hear experiencing it is such a miracle and to rob someone of it is sad. |

Because its they womans choice first of all, and nobody really knows when life begins in the birth process.. |

you really need to get in touch with humanity and the rights and emotions of others and maybe a little of some type of religion |

A fetus has unique human DNA and so is a separate human life from the mother. That is pure science.
It is obscene to say a woman should have the right to murder that baby. Neither the mother nor the father has the right to murder the baby. |
