OK heres the story, me and my friend went down to our community pond where there is a whole bunch of houses facing it. We think "what a great place to blow somethin up" lol so we go make a works bomb at like 1 am threw it into the lake and wait for a big bang.. Well we didnt get caught but would i go to juevy or just get a fine for getting caught? I mean it wouldnt be considered terrorism would it...?

Depends on how old you are.
It's not really a dangerous explosive, but you'd still possibly get in trouble for it, even just for disturbing the peace, and likely get fined. If you were young and lucky, they'd likely just take you home to your parents and let your parents punish you for it. |
