If i got my first ticket today and have to apper in court could i lose my license or go to traffic school?

I was in a small bumper collision where the other car knocked my bumper off..but i was charged with a ticket & have to appear in court..Will i lose my license or have 2 go 2 traffic school?

The car hit me but i was still issues a ticket for failing to stop at oncoming traffic..but i was completely stopped

You just need to talk to the judge. You will not loose your license I promise so dont worry about that. If anything you can go to traffic school where the ticket doesnt go on your record.

This does not seem to be that bad of a case. Be thankful that you can go in front of the judge and plead your case. Although he may not rule in your favor you get a chance to explain yourself and get to maybe keep from getting your license suspended.
