It is not for a DWI. If one can get their license back, how and when? Does this vary by the state or county you live in? This person is in Wisconsin. CAn one go to jail if they get caught for the third time?

YES YOU CAN GET IT BACK. I HAVE 4 DRIVING REVOKED FOR MISS. STUPID REASONS. IT DEPENDS ALOT ON YOUR STATE TOO.
AND YEAH I WAS BOOKED IN JAIL EVERY SINGLE TIME I GOT A TRAFFIC INFRACTION. |

It varies by state, but you will most likely always be able to get your license back. Unless someone is unable to drive they will likely be able to get a valid license. You must just pay for the privilege, and the fees are high.
Yes, he can go to jail, in Texas driving while license suspended/invalid is a class B misdemeanor, meaning up to 180 days in jail and up to $2,000.00 fine, or both, the second time is a class A, up to 1 year jail, and or $4000.00 fine, or both, and the third is still a class A. Each time there are stiffer and stiffer fees to get the license reinstated.

It does vary by state! You will pay very stiff penalties for driving with a suspended license. You can also get your car towed and probably be taken to jail. Why take chances is a question I always ask? |
