Now this depends on wether you are a vampire or a cannibal. |

Yes. But if someone says, "kill me" I think it's OK in 49 out of 50 states... Usually the state you're living in. ;) |

no, the rules of self defence say that you can do what ever the person did to you and one step more. so the person wants you to bite them, bite them. its as simple as that. |

LOL good question.
I'm not really sure, but at a guessi would say no, because you are doing what they told you to do, and he would then have to prove that you know that "bite me" means something different to actually biting them. |

Hmmm... Interesting question. Possibly!
I did exactly that to a woman that I worked with many years ago. She said, "Bite my @ss!" so I did (she did have a nice one). She didn't press charges, but her old man was pretty pi$$ed about the bite mark on her butt. LOL! |

Bite me is a phrase meaning "F*ck Off" Don't you remember your mother saying "If Sally, Joe, and Steve all jump off the bridge does that mean you have to jump off?" Same principal. |

You cannot consent to assaults, unless its within hustle and bustle of life, or sport otherwise, see the case of R v Brown, a case about sado masochists consenting to assaults. |

I don't know. There was a case within the last 3 or 4 years in Germany where someone wanted to be eaten, he advertised and someone replied, the guy was then eaten by this cannibal who answered his ad........but he got off with it because the man had said he wanted to be eaten. This isn't a joke and there is no pun, check it out. |
