Her attached sister couldn't be innocent. She'd be an accessory. If someone commits a crime in your presence and it's reasonable to assume you could warn or prevent it, then you are an accessory.
Being a conjoined twin would make that rather obvious. |

that is a seriously 100% mind blowingly awesome question
good luck finding the answer
I'd say yes because she is the accesory? |

I bet she would be considered an accomplice to the crime and get punishment as well. Unless she was in a coma or something at the time. In states like texas accomplice to murder is the same thing as murder... hope it helps |

I do not know....but how could the other not know about it....wouldn't they get charged as an accesory to the crime.?? That is a really good question you ask. |

theres procedures where you can get yourself removed from your twin isnt there.. |

mabye.... like she was still there and mabye they were sharing a organ. so it would take the other sister to keep the other sister alive in order to the murder.......
She could of stopped the murder but didnt!
uhhhhhh idk lol |

yea i would not think so that would not be fair justice . so they would have a tough time figuring out that . Im sure the court system would be like ?????what?????? |
|

Well if you think about it, the conjoined twin would be with her when she committed the murder. So I guess she could be an accessory to murder since she couldn't stop her sister... |

or if they get the death penalty lol |

Unless there was ABSOLUTE PROOF that the twin tried to stop the murder, or proof that the twin was unconscious or out of commission, she would probably be considered an accomplice or a murderer as well. |

I know a guy who has an identical twin. One twin tried to assassinate president Carter. Long story short....... now they both have to take Lithium for the rest of their lives. |

What an odd question, logistically, it would be difficult for one conjoined twin to commit a brutal murder without the other's participation.
Violet and Daisy Hilton were Siamese twins and they made a movie about one twin being convicted of murder - "Chained for Life" |

i dont kno, but then again most siamese twins get split at birth or dont make it. and if that was the case shed probably just have house arrest and can only go out when the innocent one is the one who is going out. |

idk...... |

This would probably never happen. The other twin could probably keep the other from murder. I can't see conjoined siamese twins developing enmity with others to the point of murder. They have other things with which to be concerned |

whoa.
that question is ridiculous
freaking mindblowing
i have no idea what the answer is, but i really hope you find out.
if you do, could you let me know? please?
awesome question, dude
oyea these other ppl are right, if the twin wasn't like asleep or in a coma or a vegetable or something they would most likely be considered an accessory or an accomplice because they didn't stop the other. Then again, what if they TRIED to stop the other and failed?
GAH now we're back to the beginning again! |

i would say yes. cause i mean obviously the other one knew what was going on. if i was conjoined to someone who was about to commit murder i'd flip some serious crap. I'd deff try to stop them. so if one commits murder the other one would be considered accessory =] awesome question btw haha |
