my sisters father in law have some mentle problem and he want to give everything to his daughter and not to his son and daughter in law can he do that and is this valid in indian law

You will have to contest in court, when the will comes for probate, and prove that the person who has made the will was not mentally competant to do so. Only if this is proved in court then the will will become void.
