Seriously, if he's being like that I'd phone the police and then see what they can do for you. They'll advise you about what to do next, whether or not to get a restraining order put up against him.

Restraining order...might be WAYYYYY better...ur just gonna have to tell them the problem in the court..and then u may get ur Restraining order.........I'm very sorry for ur problem ur facing!!!!! Hope things work out between u and him...Good Luck!

Both. You need a documented record of this for a restraining order. Police report will add credibility. Also film him in the driveway, or keep any emails or phone recordings. Get the restraining order ASAP.

Why is it an either or? Seems to me you can and should do both.

It's better to do both. Make the calls for each time he comes around, that builds up a recordable record as to what the complaint is. They will eventually tell you to keep a written record rather than calling every time, do so.

At the same time go get the restraining order, then after that the next call you make will be to have him forcibly removed.

OMG. Both. Calling the cops creates a public record, strengthens a case if there were to be charges filed.

I think you should call yoUr cops because would you want ur ex following you around for a long time just think about that and most women get hurt by there ex because they get angry so you should defiantly call the cops
