I blame the immigrant for the act and for being here where he shouldn't be, but also the government for being soft on the illegals and the people who elect politicians who are soft on illegals. Those groups are all responsible for the deaths of our citizens at the hands of illegals.

Unfortunately, many voters will not vote out politicians who support the illegals. Look at huckabee whose numbers are growing. How can anyone back a candidate who has a long history of encouraging and rewarding illegals. But, apparently there are many who do. People who keep electing politicians who support illegals are also responsible for the death and destruction caused by illegals.

1. The person is responsible for their own actions, so if I am the victim of a crime caused by them, it is THEIR fault.
2. However, the government sits idly by and turns a blind eye, so they hold some responsibility, as do the "do-gooders" who support the illegal activity.
