Mine - Texas. I don't want to be part of a country that pays for abortions and advocates it or legalizes gay marriage. Let God's torment reign down on the rest of the country and save the Bible Belt, please.

Texas because I am from there and when it was formed. It was meant to be it's own country. We would be a lot better off if we we were not carrying around the rest of the usa.

It's not really a state...but, Washington DC.
I think it would be better served as a military testing site.
Plus theres a lot of people there we could test on.

California would by up there. But based just on proximity to the rest of the states either Alaska or Hawaii would have to go. Personally we need Alaska though because it supplies a lot of natural resources and its about a 1/3 the size of the lower 48 states.

I think you could take the East and West coasts and let the middle of the US become its own country would be a much better place to live.

You need to open your eyes if you think Utah is a boring place. Have you ever been to Zions, Bryce, Arches, Canyon Lands. How about snowboarding at Brighton. If you think it is boring it is your own fault.
