If you find them, just call police. The moment you contact them to report it, they are going to pursue the plants and not you, especially if you say something to the effect of I want to know who's trespassing on my property.
If they find them first, you may need a lawyer, but also, the moment they can establish things like...hmm..no paraphenalia, no heavy foot traffic in and out of the residence (for dealing) the case looks better for you. It may not even get that far. |

Why would you want to involve the authorities? Set up a game camera and find out who it is. Unless there's a BUNCH of plants. Then you may just want to chop them down. |

do you live on property or you rent it out or just drove by property and saw palants there? I don't see what is a big deal if it's not yours,and you don't live there and you don't know anything about it.how did the pot plants got to be on your property? if they'r not a lot of plants i would just kill them at night and put them in black trash bags then dump them in the dumpster and move on with my life.If it's not yours and you don't live there then just call the cops and ask them what you should do to get ride of them. |
